Janice Kathleen (Rudolphi)  Chadwick, age 82, passed away on Nov. 5, 2023 in Prescott, Arizona. She was born July 11, 1941 in Smallwood Township, Illinois to Henry and Dorothy (Kessler) Rudolphi.

Janice is survived by her daughters Judie (Robert) Jaros, Julie Schaffer, Joanne (Christopher) Motko, and Jennifer (Brad) Bergamini; son Justin (Alicia) Chadwick; 23 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband John in 2018.

Janice was a wonderful wife and mother. She spent her life loving well, taking great care of her children and grandchildren and teaching her children to do the same. She loved antiques and enjoyed many years buying, selling and collecting. She was a devout member of Sacred Heart Parish and gave of her time and talent wherever she could.

A funeral mass will be held for Janice at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 150 Fleury St., Prescott, AZ on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., with burial following at Arizona Pioneers Home Cemetery, Prescott.
