J Hugh Richey, 76, died peacefully at his home in Fullerton, California on September 1, 2017 with family by his side.

J was born April 27, 1941 a son of Alvin A. and Nina G. (Hockman) Richey, who preceded him in death.

He leaves the following siblings: Nancy Deffendell, Darrell Richey and Mark Richey.

J was a wonderful man, full of love and happiness and he will be missed dearly by all his family and friends. He was well-loved and he loved well, every day of his life. J will be in our hearts and his strong spirit will be with us forever.

Services will be held at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church, 585 S. Walnut Avenue, Brea, CA.   A graveside service following mass at Loma Vista Memorial Park in Fullerton.

Please join us for a celebration of J’s wonderful life immediately following at Coyote Hills Golf Course, 1440 East Bastanchury Road, Fullerton, CA. All friends and family are welcome.
