Ray O. Resor, 76, Rt. 2, Olney, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 1987 in Richland Memorial Hospital.  Burial in Crest Haven Cemetery.

Mr. Resor was born Jan 11, 1911, in Olney, the son of Edward and Emma (Simmons) Resor. He married Esther Wynn Nov. 24, 1938.

He was a retired farmer and a member of the Trinity Luthern Church. He was also a member of the Claremont Ruritan Club.

Survivors include his wife, Esther; three sons and three daughter-in-laws, John and Virginia Resor of Olney, Samuel and Kristine Resor of Fairfield; Richard and Dianna Resor of Champaign; a daughter Mary Alice Hart of Monroe, Wisc.; a brother, Donovan Resor of Olney; a sister, Freda Fisher of Olney; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, a sister, and an infant son.
