Terrie Elaine (Bickers) Pickerel, 59, of Olney, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2026 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

She was born March 30, 1966 in Clay County, Illinois, the daughter of William and Geneiva (Warren) Bickers.

Terrie was a member of Elm Street Christian Church and participated in Special Olympics for several years. She was a social butterfly and considered everyone her friend. Terrie will be dearly missed.

Terrie is survived by her best friend, Tony Black; brother, Randal (Kristin) Bickers; sisters, Marlene Ellison, Brenda (Tom) Sloan, and Rhonda Crubaugh; nieces and nephews, Melany (Brad) Tracy, Nathan Ellison, Christal (Ryan) Hahn, Kelli (Nathan) Prevo, Kyle (Jennifer) Sloan, Alex (Rachel) Bickers, and Tori Bickers; great nieces and nephews, Faith Ellison (Josh Ashbaugh), Jacob Prochazka (Anastasia Leaf), Ethan Tracy, Zaiden Ellison, Brayden Hahn, Grace Hahn, Madison Hahn, Chloe Prevo, Kylie Prevo, Jeremiah Sloan, and Selah Sloan, and several great-great nieces and nephews; Aunt, Mary Lou Warren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her nephew, Brandon Bickers.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney has been entrusted with arrangements.

The funeral service will be held for Terrie at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Elm Street Christian Church in Olney, with visitation beginning one hour before service time at the church.

Interment will follow services at Haven Hill Memorial Gardens in Olney.
