Diana L. Simon, 69, of Noble, IL, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, IN.

Diana was born on August 1, 1956 in Vandalia, IL to parents, Paul Simon and Norma Jean (Eagleson) Blesch.

She loved cooking and trying out new recipes. She enjoyed looking through the cookbooks and coming up with ideas for dinner.

Diana is survived by her life partner, Bill Hout of Olney and brother, Paul Simon of GA.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Mike Simon.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney has been entrusted with arrangements.

Cremation Rites will be accorded.
