Phillip Gordon Henry, 35, of Claremont died at Richland Memorial Hospital July 2, 1991.  Burial in Crest Haven Cemetery.

Mr. Henry was born in Olney September 26, 1955, the son of Gordon and Louella Hensley Henry.  Mr. Henry was a self-employed brick mason.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Gordon and Janet Henry; mother, Louella Lindeman; grandmother, Lila Henry, Claremont; three brothers, Allen Henry and Paul Henry of Claremont, Jesse Henry, Newton; one step-brother, Keith Lamb, Claremont and one sister, Deborah Haycraft of West Salem.

Mr. Henry was preceded in death by his grandfather and twin brothers.
