Randy M. Toliver, 74, of Olney, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at Richland Nursing and Rehab in Olney.

Randy was born July 26, 1951 in Olney, the son of Merle and Barbara (Stanley) Toliver. He married Betty Henderson on November 2, 1996 in Olney, and she survives.

Randy had a strong faith, and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Noble. Randy loved music, and enjoyed singing. He especially liked Elvis. Randy owned and operated Toliver's Construction, and was always working on a project. Randy loved his children and his grandchildren very much, and enjoyed playing games. He will be dearly missed.

Randy is survived by his wife, Betty; daughter, Kimberly Ann Reece of Olney; son, Chris (Erica) Toliver of Parkersburg; grandchildren, J.D. Beehn, Kristin (John) Scott, Hailee Reece, Ryan Toliver, and Mitchell Toliver; great grandchildren, Ryder, Emberly, Ellie, and Zayden; father, Merle Toliver of Olney; brother, Gratton Toliver of Effingham, IL; brother, Lonnie Toliver of Chauncey, IL; sister, Darca Hatten of Olney, and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Toliver and his nephew, Sonny Toliver.

Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home in Olney has been entrusted with arrangements.

Cremation Rites will be accorded, and a memorial service will be held for Randy at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Noble at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 7, 2026. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kistler-Patterson Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
