Frank Raymond Ginder, 81, of Olney, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Helia Healthcare of Olney.

Frank was born September 7, 1944 in Olney, the son of Eugene and Lorena (Zwilling) Ginder. He married Elizabeth Gutgsell on July 25, 1970 in Jasper, Indiana.

Frank had a strong work ethic and was a knowledgeable history buff. He had a deep faith and unwavering devotion to his family. He had a really good sense of humor and knew how to make people laugh. Frank never knew a stranger and made friends wherever he went. Frank was a skilled farmer and gardener and loved to spend his time growing and canning his produce. 

Frank was a lifelong learner of any and all new things, and he loved to read.

Frank is survived by his wife, Elizabeth of Olney; son, Chris Ginder of Olney; daughter, Erika (Kurt) Wengert of Hillsboro, MO; son, Kurt (Bobbi) Ginder of Olney; son, Mark (Melody) Ginder of Jasper, IN; daughter, Alicia (Billy) Waddell of Olney; son, Michael Ginder of Olney; daughter, Melissa (Adam) Kelly of Lombard, IL; 12 grandchildren; brothers, Robert Ginder, Marvin Ginder, Greg (Cheryl) Ginder; sisters, Carol (Jim) Faller, Marie (Norb) Happ and Sharon (Randy) Talich.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
