Mrs. Elizabeth Myers,  62, the wife of Henry Myers of Olney, Rt. 2, passed away yesterday evening, September 29, 1968 at the family residence following a long period of ill health.

Mrs. Myers was born in Denver Township, the daughter of John R. Adams and Florence Gray Adams. She was united in marriage to Mr. Myers on June 24, 1939. She was a long time member of the Wesley Church at Passport.

Surviving are her husband and three children, Mrs. Jane Ann Brose of Sedalia, Mo., James H. Myers of Olney and John R. Myers of Collinsville. there are two grandchildren. She also leaves the following step-children:  Mrs. Hazel Memmer of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Evelyn Wade and Karl Myers both of Noble, Jesse J. Myers and Mrs. Mary Haerr both of Olney, Raymond Myers of Pecatonica, Mrs. Sarah Lowry of Tolono and Herman Myers of Merritt Island, Fla. There are 27 step grandchildren and 18 step great-grandchildren.

Other survivors are three sisters and two brothers Mrs. Edith Wachtel and Eldo Adams both of Olney, Mrs. Flossie Roney of Harvey, Mrs. Mildred Groff of Chicago and Eber Adams of Hammond, Ind.

Funeral services at the Wesley Methodist Church at Passport with the Rev. Paul Brown officiating. Interment in the Houser Cemetery northwest of Olney.
