Aaron Murray Casad, 96, of McVille, North Dakota, retired depot agent, died Thursday, March 21, 1985 in Marysville, California.

Services in McVille Lutheran Church and in Stanley Funeral Home here in McVille.

Mr. Casad was born February 6, 1895 in Olney, Illinois, a son of John W. Casad and Viola (Murray) Casad. He moved to North Dakota in 1915 and to McVille in 1923. He was a depot agent for 55 years with the Great Northern and Burlington Northern railroads.

He married Ragma Molmen in 1917, in Pekin, N.D.  She died in 1981.

Survivors are his sons, John, Yuba City, Calif. And Dr. Rodney, Breckenridge, Minn.; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and brother, Walter Casad, Olney.
