Victor Waldemar Linder was born, (a son of John U. Linder and Susan (Burgener) Linder) in Richland County Illinois, March 27, 1888, and died May 16, 1912, aged 23 years 1 month and 19 days. With the exception of a few years, his life was spent in this community where also he was well known. Victor early showed a love for books and study. He finished the course of the public or District school, then took up the work of the Olney High School and graduated with the class of 1909
Religiously he was not unmindful of the claims of God upon him. He was converted at the age of 15 years and united with the M.E. Church at McsBurg.
During his prolonged illness, he was patient and resigned to the Will of God. He prepared for life and had really begun, yet he was called to the Spirit World, the life beyond by his Lord.
Those remain to mourn his departure, his mother, five sisters and four brothers, many relatives and friends.
We desire to thank our relatives, friends and neighbors for their kindness during our sad bereavement, and also for the many beautiful floral offerings.
Parents, Brothers and Sisters of the late: Victor W. Linder
