Bill Fisher

Bill M. Fisher, 60, of Weston, West Virginia, died Thursday March 15, 1990 at the Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness.

He was born in Calhoun, Illinois, August 30, 1929, the son of Rolla D. Fisher of Lawrenceville and the late Addie Markan Fisher.  He married Connie Tibbs June 11, 1950.  She survives.

Mr. Fisher retired as district superintendent with Halliburton with 38 years of service.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Weston where he served as assistant usher, was a member of the Deerfield Golf Association and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict, serving in the United States Army.  He was a member of  Belpre Masonic Lodge No. 609, A.F. & A.M. of Belpre.

Surviving in addition to his spouse, are one daughter, Mrs. Rebecca Sue Sparks, Weston; two sons, Jeffrey Dale Fisher, Paintsville, Ky. and Joe Daniel Fisher, Morgantown; one sister, Miss Loreda Fisher, Indianapolis, Ind. and three grandchildren.
