Clifford Graydon Marlow of 916 Mara Vista Lane, Landers, California, died December 20, 1976 at his home, following an illness of some duration. He was 78 years old.
Born December 10, 1898 in Urbana, Illinois, a son of Charles W. and Elizabeth A. (Cain) Marlow. He had been a resident of Landers for ten years and of California for 25 years. He was employed as a painter by a contractor.
Survivors include his widow, Vera Belle; two sons, Leonard and Ronald of North Hollywood; two daughters, Joan Cornylius of Lancaster; Donna Treat of Chula Vista; a sister, Mildred Bruce of Dixon, Illinois; 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services held December 23 from Mountain Valley Memorial Park in Joshua Tree, with the Rev. Clayton W. Kent, Pastor of the First Christian Church, officiating, with Wiefels & Son in charge.
