Lyman Oras Mack, 82, of Olney died Monday evening, January 2, 1967 at Richland Memorial Hospital, Olney. He was born November 17, 1884 in Sangamon Co. Illinois son of George W. and Mary E. (Barkley) Mack. On November 22, 1932 he married Gladys E. Craig in Olney, Illinois.

He leaves his wife, Gladys Mack; son, Bill Mack of Plymouth, Wisc; and daughter, Mrs. Mary Lemke, Antioch.

In his early years, Mr. Mack worked as conductor on one of the Illinois Railroads, in the 30’s, he was a teamster at H. Brauer & Son Coal & Ice Company on N. Walnut St. He later worked at an apple orchard and was caretaker of the cemetery.

Services at Summers-Rainey Funeral Home, Olney with burial in Haven Hill Cemetery, Olney.
