Clarence Walter Adams, M.D., 93, of San Francisco, California died Wednesday, October 10, 1979 at St. Francis Hospital in San Francisco.  Dr. Adams was born in West Liberty, Illinois May 23, 1886, son of David and Susan (Delzell) Adams.

Dr. Adams was a physician for 50 years.

He was the beloved husband of the late Marie G. (Rogers) Adams; loving father of Natalie Wendell and Dr. Donald R. Adams; devoted grandfather of Alexandra Marie Willis, Kimberly Anne Harman, David Michael and Pamela Marie Adams; loving great-grandfather of Kirstin Heather, Kenneth Ray and Katherine Marie-Irene.

Private funeral services held with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ignatius Church followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma, California.
