Mrs. Rose Grahame (Fleming) St. John, age 62, Miami resident for 32 years, died Friday, November 5, 1948. She was born August 4, 1886 in Cook County Illinois daughter of George W. and Ellen Graham (Goodfellow) Fleming. She married Jaquis H. St. John in 1916 in Richland County.

She came here from Englewood, Illinois and lived at 1529 NW North River Dr.

A graduate of University of Illinois, she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa sorority. She had been active in civic affairs here for many years.

Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George W. Fleming; two sisters, Mrs. George K. Crichton and Mrs. Bernard I. Martin and a brother, John G. Fleming.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Georgia E. Fleming.

Services in Combs Funeral Chapel with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
