Johnsie A. Rowland Shaw, age 46, of San Francisco, California passed away August 13, 1941, at Children’s Hospital in San Francisco, Calif., the result of breast cancer.

Mrs. Shaw was born April 7, 1895 in Olney, Illinois a daughter of Richard S. and Mary E. (McCawley) Rowland.  She married Dr. Edward Byer Shaw October 17, 1924 in Richland County Illinois.

Mrs. Shaw was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. Edward Shaw; daughters, Mary Elizabeth and Sarah Louise Shaw; parents, Richard and Mary Rowland and a sister, Mrs. H.A. Steinmeyer.

The body was cremated with interment in Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, Colma, Calif.
