Phillip Wayne Deain, 44,  passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2000 in the Lawrence County Memorial Hospital in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home, Olney with burial in Crest Haven Cemetery, Claremont, IL.

He was born September 7, 1956 in Flora, IL,  the son of Everett Leroy and Thelma Catherine (Wiley) Deain. He married Sandra Eagleson on November 24, 1979 and she survives

Also surviving are his mother; four sons, Phillip Aaron, Eric Wayne, Nathan Kyle, and Anthony Scott Deain; a daughter, Courtney Ann Deain; three brothers, Roger, Johnny and Brent Deain; and three sisters, Janet Jones, Judy Robards and Brenda Deain. 

He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorials may be made to American Heart Association.
