1st LT Larry W. Parmenter, 68, of San Diego died December 8, 2007.  He was born October 2, 1939  in Vandalia, Illinois, and was a civil engineer for Parsons Engineers Inc. He was a member of the Association of Graduates of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Survivors include his wife, Delia Parmenter; daughter, Delphine Parmenter-Rossetto; son, Adrien Parmenter; sister, Sue Wolfe; and two grandchildren.

Services and burial at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego, California.
