Sean Wells, 19, of Olney, Illinois died in Olney January 1, 1991, the result of a self-inflicted injury.  Funeral services at Zirkle Funeral Home with Dr. W. A. Robinson officiating. Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park.

Mr. Wells was born July 17, 1971 in Pensacola, Fla., the son of Danny Joe Wells and Cathy Walker.

He was a 1990 graduate of East Richland High School. He was a 1988 Indiana Featherweight Golden Gloves champion.

Mr. Wells is survived by his mother, Cathy Worlow of Olney; step-mother, Brenda Wells of Bridgeport; step-father, John Worlow of Olney; two brothers, J. T. Worlow of Olney and Brandon Wells of Bridgeport; one sister, Yohanna Houghtaling of Bridgeport; maternal grandmother, Vivian Walker of Port Smith, Va.; paternal grandparents, Paul and Laveta Wells of Bridgeport; paternal great-grandfather, Ralph Lame of Flora; step-paternal grandparents, Betty and Dale Worlow of Olney; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, maternal grandfather and an uncle.
