Betty Lee Bail Payne, 81, died Saturday, December 5, 2009 at the Village at Richardson in Richardson, Texas.  Services in Richardson, Texas.

Surviving are her son, Donald Ray Payne II of Temple; brother, Herbert Eugene Bail of Champaign, Ill.; sisters, Doris Fear of Richardson and Mariann Cockerell of Fort Worth; and one grandchild.

Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home of Leonard has charge of the arrangements.
