Betty Gray, 72, of Calhoun, passed away on Sunday, April 27th, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services at Stasi-Grove Funeral Home in Olney. Burial at Crest Haven Cemetery.
Mrs. Gray was born July 18, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of Joseph A. Hane Sr. and Bernice Millsap Hane. She married Bill Gray on June 11th, 1965. He preceded her in death on July 28th, 1996.
She is survived by a sister, Frances Earnst Harmon Frasier (James Jr.), 2 brothers, Ken Hane (Linda) of Homestead, Florida, Joseph A. Hane Jr. (Shirley) of Fairfield. Also surviving are 3 children, Lynn Clark, Barbara Dillworth (Steve) and Becky Rennier (Gary). 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bill, parents Robert and Bernice Earnst and Joseph A. Hane Sr. and wife Leah, a brother Robert Clarence Earnst. Also preceding her in death were 2 nephews; Robbie Joe Harmon and Lance Paul Frasier, a great-grandchild, Micakyla Rennier.
Betty was a beautician for many years, worked at Big John's grocery and was well known for her baked goods at Farmer's Market. She also played music with Bill in their band "True Country."

Betty and I were Jr High and High School girlfriends! We stayed allnight with each other, went to movies, skating and of course, talked about boys! LOL She was a kind and loving person and I know she will be missed by all who knew her! Sending my sympathy to all of her children and grandchildren!
