Frances Fessel Watt, age 88, of Cleveland; Ohio, died Friday, May 28, 1982 in Cleveland. Services and burial were held in Cleveland.

Survivors include a son, John E. Watt, Philadelphia; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Agnes Elliott; a brother, John Ed Fessel; nephews, Harry, Dick, and David Fessel; two nieces, Mary Nell Nix and Lynn Barber.

She was preceded in death by her husband Charles W. Watt; her parents, John B. and Anna E. (Blatter) Fessel; an infant son; and a brother Harry (Bud) Fessel.
