WALTER SENFTEN, CLAREMONT NATIVE, DIES IN BUHL, IDAHO  ~ Walter Senften, a native of Claremont and graduate of Olney high school, class of 1916, died suddenly July 3, 1964, of a heart attack in his home in Buhl, Idaho according to word received here by friends.

A recent article published in the Daily Mail told of the honors accorded Mr. Senften as a community leader in Buhl and in the state of Idaho. He was a Colonel during World War II and had served in World War I.
