Carl W. Myers, 91, of rural Sumner, died Monday April 13, 1998 at Good Samaritan Hospital. Services at Sivert-Macey Funeral Home in Sumner. Burial in Waggoner West Cemetery.

Myers was born July 23, 1906 in Richland County, the son of Philip and Bertha Louise (Bauman) Myers. He married Fern Paddick.  She preceded him in death.

He was a retired farmer and graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He was a member of Chauncey United Methodist Church.

He is survived by one daughter, Frances A. Myers of Sumner.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
