Carrol C. Schrey, 73, of Olney, died Monday March 26, 2007 at his residence.  Funeral services at Saron Church of Grand Prairie with Pastor Tim Bursott officiating. Burial in Saron Cemetery.

Mr. Schrey was born March 6, 1934 in Richland County, the son of Frank and Lucy (Burgener) Schrey. He married Shelby Deimel on June 5, 1954 in Olney.

He was the owner of Schrey Brothers Construction. He was a member of Saron Church of Grand Prairie and Olney Elks Lodge.

Mr. Schrey is survived by his wife, Shelby Schrey of Olney; sons, Tony Schrey and his wife, Anne of Robinson and Mike Schrey and his wife, Donita of Springfield; daughter, Kim Cornell and  her husband, John of Belleville; brothers, Keneth Schrey and his wife, Jean of Olney and Calvin Schrey and his wife, Vanetta of Olney; eight grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
