Nolan J. Hornback, 77, 1201 N. East, Olney died today, May 6, 1983 at his home.  Services at Summers Funeral Home with Rev. Blanchard Jenkins and Rev. Mike Wilder presiding.

Mr. Hornback was born April 5, 1906 in Wayne County, the son of James and Rena (Huffard) Hornback. He married Lottie Wilkenson May 30, 1932 and she survives.

He had a barber shop in Olney for many years and was a member of the Congregational Christian Church in Olney.

Other survivors include a son, Doug, Olney; three daughters, Phyllis Fehrenbacher, Olney, Beverly Warren, Mattoon and Lucinda Cross, Greenup; eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and two sisters.
