Clinton J. Nelson, 76, Avon Park, Fla. and formerly of Olney died Wednesday July 15, 1987 in Florida.  Services and burial in Avon Park

Mr. Nelson was born January 19, 1911 in Olney.

He was VA representative in Olney for many years and was a member of the Methodist Church. He was a member of Americn Legion Post 30 in Olney and the 40 & 8 in Olney. He was past commander of Post 30 and District 23 of the American Legion.

Survivors include his wife, Lyle; two sons, Richard A. Nelson, Nashua and Ronald L. Nelson, Seymour, Ind.; a brother, Claude; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, including Betty Jo Wimer of Olney.
