Marjorie E. Woods, 81, of Indianapolis, IN., formerly of Olney, died Wednesday, April 3, 1991 at Country Trace Nursing Home in Indianapolis. Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Olney, IL.

Mrs. Woods was born in Wayne County Oct. 1, 1909, the daughter of John and Julia (Goodwin) Clevenger.

She married William Verle Woods in 1953. He preceded her in death July 20, 1983.

Mrs. Woods is survived by one nephew, David Cox of Bell, Fla.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
