Ann O'Neal (Goudy) Henkel, 76, of Chula Vista, California, formerly of Olney died Thursday March 13, 1986 at Kieser Foundation Hospital in San Diego, California.  Services at the Hosselton-Bookhout-Engelmeier Funeral Home in Noble with the Rev. David McNabb presiding. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

She was born October 8, 1909 in Olney, the daughter of Harry and Nettie (Frost) Hawkins. She married Tom Henkel and he survives.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, John W. Goudy of Loda, Ill. and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, four brothers and her parents.

She was a member of the Chula Vista Presbyterian Church in Chula Vista, Calif. and the B.P.O.E.
