Beula Hanna (Mason)

Beula M. Mason, 87, of Noble, Illinois, died Sunday April 3, 1994 at Prairie View Nursing Home in Charleston.  Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Noble with Brother Gene Everett officiating. Burial in Hanna Cemetery in rural Noble.

Mason was born January 18, 1907 in Noble, the daughter of Webster and Carrie (Wood) Hanna. She married Lloyd Sager August 5, 1929 and he died in October 1964. She married Ed Mason May 5, 1970 and he died in 1983.

She was a retired assistant Postmaster in Noble. She was a member of the Noble Christian Church and also a member of the Senior Citizens, Noble Library Guild, Farm Bureau and managed her own farm and was a member of NARF.

She is survived by a son, Robert Sager of White Salmon, Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. Dale (Barbara) McMillan of Charleston; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mason was preceded in death by her parents and both husbands.
