Myrtle Hunt (Bourne)

 Myrtle Hunt Jenner Bourne, 80, 721 N. Boone, Olney, died Oct. 28, 1988, in Richland Memorial Hospital.  Services in Summers Funeral Home with the Rev. David A. McNabb presiding. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Bourne was born June 23, 1908, in Olney, the daughter of Paul and Lula (Totten) Hunt. She married Vincent F. Jenner Aug. 7, 1926, and he died Jan 16, 1975. She then married Roy S. Bourne, Dec. 20, 1980, and he survives.

She was a retired bank teller for Olney Trust Bank and also taught school for several years.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. She was a member of the Retired Teachers Association, Olney Arts Council, American Legion Auxiliary, Richland Memorial Hospital Auxiliary, Clio Club and Order of Eastern Star.

Surviving, in addition to her husband, are two sons, Quinten (Leon) Jenner, Olney, and Dale Jenner, Goleta, Calif.; a daughter, Mrs. Leon (Kay) Bonneur, Morris; a step-son, Sam Bourne, Noble; a step-daughter, Mrs. John (Mary Jane) Slichenmyer, Olney; two brothers, Frank Hunt, Covington, La. and James Hunt, Mt. Vernon; four sisters, Pauline Gayer, Helen Stivers and Mrs. Ray (Katheryn) Crosby, all of Olney, and Luella Kremtz, Abilene, Texas; 10 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband and a sister.
