Miss Rosa McNamee, age 21, passed away last Friday morning, March 14, 1930 at the home of her mother, Mrs. W.H. Gregg on East Chestnut Street in Olney.

Funeral services were held at the M.E. church Sunday afternoon with the pastor, Rev. Ransom in charge.

Miss McNamee graduated from the Olney High School in 1926 and later attended the Illinois Women’s College at Jacksonville and the University of Illinois.  She taught in the Cherry Street School last year.

Tuberculosis was the cause of her death.
