Jacob “Jake” Milo Miller, age 26 of Belleville, formerly of Olney, passed away at 8:25 AM on Monday, January 9, 2017 at his residence.

Funeral service will be held at 12 PM (NOON) on Thursday, January 12 in the chapel of Thrasher Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9 AM - 12 PM (NOON) on Thursday, January 12. Burial will be at Noble Prairie Cemetery in Noble. Pastor Justin Miller will be officiating.

Jake was born August 13, 1990 in Arlington, Texas, the son of Gayle Miller and Roberta (Gallagher) McCleave.

Jake worked as a logistic manager for Henderson Trucking. He enjoyed playing golf, racquet ball, ping pong and was involved in a bowling league. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

He is survived by his father Gayle Miller of Olney; mother Roberta McCleave and husband Bryan of Olney; brother Justin Miller and wife JoDawn of Puxico, Missouri; sister Tara Jones and husband Gary of Plano, Texas; 2 nephews, Kaleb and Isaac Miller; 2 nieces Ella and Eden Miller; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in memory of Jacob “Jake” Miller.
