Esther Caroline (Triboulet) Cowsert, age 78 died Sunday January 3, 1993 at St. Joseph Hospital. Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church, corner of Louisa and Walter Streets in Mt. Morris, Pastor Richard Cook officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park.

Ms. Cowsert was born September 7, 1914 in Olney, Illinois the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Homer and Sarah (Clark) Triboulet. She married Fred W. Cowsert in Olney, Illinois August 19, 1934; he preceded her in death November 25, 1986.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mt. Morris. Church activities included the Berean Sunday School Class and Lydia Circle of the Women’s Missionary Society. Mrs.Cowsert was also a member of Rebekah Lodge #509 IOOF and the Clio Senior Citizens Half Century Club.

Surviving are; son, Donald and wife, Audrey Cowsert of Flushing; daughter, Rita and husband, Richard Steele of Palm Harbor, Fl; 3 grandchildren.
