Helena Marie (Ohm) Cook, 79, of Mattoon, Illinois died Tuesday, July 12, 1983 in Douglas Nightingale Manor, Tuscola. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery

Mrs. Cook was born June 28, 1904 in Neoga, the daughter of John J. and Anna (Schafer) Ohm, Sr.. She married Robert Cook on Sep 20, 1938 and he preceded her in death on Nov 8, 1981.

She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Karpus and Mrs. Jane Davis, both of Mattoon and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and a sister.
