Catherine L. (Steber) Zwilling, 94, of Olney, died on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at her home. Catherine was born on January 26, 1927 in Claremont, IL, the daughter of Daniel and Helen (Ochs) Steber. She married Wilbert F. "Bill" Zwilling on January 4,1949, and he preceded her in death on April 12, 2004.

Catherine was a retired farm wife and homemaker. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Catherine also loved working in her vegetable and flower gardens and decorating cakes. She enjoyed doing puzzles and working on genealogy of family and friends. Catherine was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stringtown, and she was an honorary member of Stringtown Community Club.

Catherine is survived by her son, Kenneth Zwilling and wife Rita of Pittsboro, IN; daughter, Judy Zehner and husband Randy of Claremont, IL; son, Donald Zwilling and wife Jayne of Stringtown, IL; son, Steven Zwilling and wife Alisa of Dundas, IL; daughter, Debra Rudolphi and husband Don of Newton, IL; son, Edward Zwilling and wife Terri of Washington, IL; grandchildren; Michelle (Phil) Anderson, Jenny (Dave) Wire, Douglas Zehner, Annette (Dylan) Jones, Kerrie (Jack) Weidner, Andrea (Chad) Kuenstler, Jessica (Ashlie) Zwilling, Crystal Zwilling, Tiffany (Jason) Brown, Heather (Stephen) Hale, April (Dalton Helmbecher) Rudolphi, Rachel Zwilling, and Jordan Zwilling; great grandchildren; Lucas, Makayla, Laura, Carson, Duke, Jared, Levi, Austin, Gavin, Elijah, Lilly, Cooper, and Tucker; step great grandchild, Joey; sister, Lucille Debolt and brother, Raymond (Jean) Steber; sister in law, Loretta Steber; brother in law, Herman (Ethel) Zwilling; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter-in-law, Nadine Zwilling; sisters, Margaret Kocher and Ruth Kocher; and brother, Bob Steber.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Catherine at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 5, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Stringtown, with a visitation beginning one hour before service time at the church.

Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Stringtown.
