John McIlwain, 67, of Waynesboro, Mississippi, died there November 14, 1986.

Mr. McIlwain was born October 1, 1919 in Noble.

Survivors include his wife; two children, J.R. McIlwain and Nana Witcher, both of Moore, Okla.; a step-daughter; three grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Walter Duke and Mrs. Glenn Wagner both of Olney and Imogene Rudensdorf, Dayton, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
