Phoebe J. (Higgins) Kimmel, 84, of Lawrenceville, Illinois,  died Thursday, April 3, 2003, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind.

She had managed the Texaco Credit Union.

Surviving are three daughters, Sally Weston, Karen Murray and Rebecca Jayne; a son, Raymond Jr.; her twin sister, Hettie Burrell; and 12 grandchildren.

Services at Emmons-Macey & Steffey Funeral Home, burial in Lawrenceville City Cemetery.
