Carl H. Ferguson, 64, St. Petersburg, Fla. and formerly of Olney and Parkersburg died May 7, 1982 in St. Petersburg.

Mr. Ferguson was born January 18, 1918 in Oklahoma. He married Catherine Marie Bartley and she preceded him in death March 13, 1981.

He was employed by GTE and was a World War II veteran.

Survivors include two sons, James C. and John R.; three daughters, Pam Ferguson, Mary Loher and Julia Roland, all of St. Petersburg; and two grandchildren.
