Mary “Catherine” (Stewart) Miller, age 86, of Orange, California, an apartment manager, died Wednesday, December 11, 2002, of complications of cancer. “Catherine” was born March 3, 1916 in Olney, Illinois, daughter of Clifton McCoy and Jessie Belle (Bullard) Stewart.

She is survived by daughters, Margaret Hamburger and Mary Thompson; son, Raymond; brother, Virgil Stewart; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 18 great-great-grandchildren.

Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Jessie Stewart.
