Evelyn B. Hurstak, 84, of Berwyn passed away July 10, 2000.

Evelyn was born February 24, 1916 the daughter of George L. Bullard and Ocie Marlowe Bullard.

She is survived by sisters, Beulah Mattingly and Shirley Phetteplace and  preceded in death by her parents and sister, Aline Whitaker.
