John L. Marsh, 75 of Salem, died Monday June 17, 1991 at his residence.  Funeral services at Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home in Salem with burial in Liberty Lawn Cemetery in Olney.

Mr. Marsh was born December 25, 1915 in Olney, the son of John L. and Mestella (Clem) Marsh, Sr. He married Minnie Worrell on September 15, 1937 in Indiana.

Mr. Marsh was a retired signal maintainor with the B & O Railroad. He was a member of the Masons.

Mr. Marsh is survived by his wife, Minnie; one daughter, Betty Tucker, Salem; one brother, Clem W. Marsh, Tuscola; three sisters, Elsie Riggins and Hazel Smith both of California and Mary Lou Brown, Olney; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
