Gordon Totten - Class Of 1934

Gordon K. Totten, 79, of Melbourne, Fla., died Saturday, Aug. 6, 1994, at the Holmes Regional Medical Center, in Melbourne, Fla.   Funeral service at the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Melbourne, Fla. Burial in Maitland, Fla.

Totten was born in Olney, the son of Chester and Blanche (Stacey) Totten. He married Shirley.

He was a retired Army Major having served with the O.S.S in Burma in World War II. He also retired from the Civil Service working with the Navy as a manager of instruction training. He was a member of the Retired Officers Association and the National Guard Association.

He is survived by his wife, of Melbourne, Fla.; two daughters, Denise Arline, of Orlando, Fla., and Leslie Grewel, of Indian Harbour Beach, Fla.; a son Eric Fisher, a sister, Mrs. Beatrice Summers, of St. Petersburg, Fla.; a nephew, Major Ragain, of Kent, Ohio; and a niece, Brenda Wooden, of Madison, Ind.

Totten was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Terri, and a brother, Oscar.
