Lucibert Tippit Deasy, 80, of Babcock Hollow Road, Virgil, New York died Saturday July 8, 1995 in Cortland Memorial Hospital.

Born in Illinois, Mrs. Deasy was an area resident for 41 years. She was a member of the American Dietetic Association and a communicant of St. Mary's Church.

Surviving are her husband, John; three daughters, Kathleen Witchger of Indianapolis, Elizabeth Larkin of Harford and Margaret Deasy of Trumansburg; three sons, John Jr. of Doylestown, Pa., Thomas of Virgil and David of Homer; 23 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Services at Bertini Funeral Chapel in St. Mary's Church, Cortland, the Rev. Edward O'Heron officiating. Burial in Virgil Rural Cemetery.
