Maurice D. Lathrop, Sr., age 74, of Indianapolis, Indiana died Monday, October 10, 1988 in Community Hospital. Services in Feeney-Hornek Shadeland Mortuary with entombment in Calvary Mausoleum, Indianapolis.

Maurice was born November 20, 1913 in Sumner, Illinois son of Mont M. and Daisy (Caudle) Lathrop. He married Chlorine M. Rennier.

He was a service manager 31 years for Trailmobile, Inc., retiring in 1976. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Our Lady of Fatima Council Knights of Columbus, Silver Tones and the Old Timers Club at Pleasant Run Golf Course.

Survivors are his wife, Chlorine M. Lathrop; sons, Donald R., Lawrence E., Maurice D. Jr., James P., Jerome L., Melvin J., Kevin J. Lathrop; sisters, Sylva Dix, Lorraine Krause, Helen Coen and 16 grandchildren.
