Velma Ruth Nimnicht Smith, 96, of California, passed away July 7, 2012.

Velma was born July 30, 1915, daughter of Wilbur and Luana Nimnicht.  She married Morris Fagerlund and he died in 1979, she later married Claire L. Smith on March 20, 1982. He died in 2009.

She was preceded in death by her parents and both husbands.

She is buried in Sacramento Valley National Cemetery in Dixon, California.
