Daniel P. Holtz, 72, of Bloomington, Illinois, born Jan. 11, 1946, to Morris Holtz and Bernice Phillips Holtz, passed away 7 a.m. May 15, 2018, at OSF HealthCare St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington.

He leaves a son, Gregory Holtz, Bloomington, IL and a brother, Ronald L. Holtz, Olney, and many family and friends who loved him.

A celebration of life will be 10:30 a.m. May 27 at Claremont Community Center, 145 W. Lincoln Ave., Claremont, Illinois. Meal to follow. All who knew Dan are encouraged to attend.
