Nelson F. Leo, 63, of Denton, Texas, a retired professor of geography at the University of North Texas, died Sunday, March 21, 1993 at a Denton hospital.  Funeral at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Denton, where he was a member. Burial in Roselawn Memorial Park, Denton. 

Mr. Leo was born in Chester, Pa., and taught at North Texas from 1958 to 1990. He was a member of the Denton Elks lodge and Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.

Survivors include his wife, Rose Ann Leo of Denton; daughter, Stephanie Naillon of Fort Worth; mother, Cledith Leo of Fort Morgan, Colo.; brother, Jim Leo of Round Rock, Colo.; sister, Marcia Wingert of Olney, Ill.; and three grandchildren.
