Carolyn G. Perkins, 76, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Olney died Sunday May 1, 2005 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Ind.  Graveside services at Haven Hill Cemetery in Olney.

Mrs. Perkins was born on January 13, 1929 in Olney, the daughter of Robert H. and Eva (Mahon) Dean.

She worked at AMF in Olney.

Mrs. Perkins is survived by two sons, Richard E. Rogers and his wife, Betty of Newton and John E. Perkins and his wife, Sonja of Olney; three daughters, Bonnie Perkins of Indianapolis, Ind., Connie Harden and her husband, David of Bloomington, Ind. and Eugena "Gena" Swank and her husband, Mark of Indianapolis, Ind. a brother Donald Dean and his wife Sue of Concordia, Kan.; two sisters, Gloria Dean of Fishers, Ind., formerly of Olney and Phyllis Gross of Olney; a sister-in-law, Kathy Dean of Massillon, Ohio; twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Robert J. Rogers; two grandsons; a brother, Bob Dean and a nephew.
